Program eligibility and details
- $500 payment for any referral that signs an agreement and has a successful day 1.
- All referrals must be submitted through the defined application process.
- All referrals must be submitted in advance of the candidate being interviewed by the recruiter.
- Program qualifications and payments are based on Program in place at the time of agent appointment.
- This cannot be double counted with another referral. We will honor the first referral received.
- To receive payment the referral will need to complete an IRS form W-9, which will be provided by the company upon the successful day 1 of the candidate.
- The referrer is responsible to pay appropriate federal, state, and local income taxes as applicable.
- The program may be subject to change at any time.
