The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to help us build the future of enterprise transformation. As part of our engineering team, you’ll work closely with product, customer experience, and design to craft beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance experiences, powering an AI platform that redefines how companies innovate. This is an in-person, in-office role in Bogotá, starting remotely while our office is being finalized. You’ll be one of the founding members of our Colombia engineering team, helping shape the culture and technical foundation of our Latin American hub.

What You’ll Do

• Build performant and responsive web applications using React and modern front-end tools
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to ship features that delight users
• Contribute to architecture decisions and advocate for best practices in front-end and back-end engineering
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Help us define and scale the engineering culture in Bogotá

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of front-end engineering experience at an enterprise technology SaaS startup or scaleup
• Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem
• Experience building and scaling production applications used by thousands of users
• Strong UX sensibility - you care about design, usability, and creating polished experiences
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced startup environment with global reach
• Passion for quality, performance, and continuous improvement
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and eager to work in-person

Bonus Points For

• Experience working on AI-powered platforms or enterprise software
• Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL, Python)
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (especially AWS)
