We’re seeking a Client Solutions Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our top brand and agency accounts. In this role, you’ll own client relationships and campaign strategy for programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals, while partnering closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship-building, strategic thinking, and driving measurable impact.

Responsibilities include

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships.
  • Partner with the Programmatic Operations team to ensure flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimizations.
  • Translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells in collaboration with Sales.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends.

Here are a few indicators that you're the right person

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on strategic storytelling.
  • Highly organized and confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building lasting client relationships.

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Verve For Advertisers employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.

Salary Range
$65,000$85,000 USD
