About this role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Management Analyst with demonstrated experience supporting DoD requirements to join our growing team in Quantico, VA.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.
- Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its lifecycle.
- Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
- Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
- Coordinates projects; develops a system for data collection, reporting criteria, and records; research and compiles statistics and data for projects; and may assist in writing narratives for reports.
- Monitors the project’s timeline; tracks document submissions; and creates, monitors, and maintains audit files. Identifies, communicates, and resolves risks.
- Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may affect the success of the project.
- For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
- Prepares monthly variance reports with associated footnotes.
- Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience supporting program management activities)
- 5 years of relevant program management experience.
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $125,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
