We are seeking a motivated individual to train as a Financial Advisor serving an existing book of business made up primarily of farmers, ranchers, and agricultural families throughout the Pacific Northwest.

No existing book of business is required. We provide training, mentorship, and qualified opportunities to help you build a successful practice.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as a Financial Services Professional:

• Work with established clients to review financial goals and retirement planning needs• Learn a proven advisory process through hands-on training and mentorship• Conduct appointments with individuals, families, farmers, and ranchers• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service• Develop expertise in retirement, wealth accumulation, income planning, and asset protection strategies

Schedule:• Monday–Thursday: Full business hours• Friday: Limited hours• No evenings required• No weekend prospecting
