Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do

  • Educate seniors and pre‑retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
  • Assist with Medicare enrollments, plan changes, and applications
  • Conduct client appointments using a needs‑based, consultative approach
  • Build long‑lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Generate new business using company‑provided marketing and lead systems
  • Stay current with Medicare guidelines and insurance products in Wisconsin

Qualifications

• Who We’re Looking For

  • Professionals who enjoy helping people and building relationships
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local team
  • Active Life & Health insurance license OR willingness to obtain one(Licensing assistance and training provided)
