  • Conduct client interviews to assess insurance and retirement needs
  • Create custom insurance solutions using over 220 top‑rated carriers
  • Educate seniors on Medicare, life, health, and retirement benefits
  • Support clients with claims follow‑up and ongoing service
  • Stay up to date on Medicare and insurance regulation changes
  • Build long‑term client relationships through exceptional follow‑up

Qualifications

• What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, email, CRM systems)
  • A passion for helping seniors and serving the Olathe community
  • Insurance license preferred but not required (training available)
