Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and grow within a proven system

• Ability to obtain or currently hold a life/health insurance license

• Professional integrity and a heart for service

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in sales, customer service, or community engagement

• Background in financial services, insurance, or senior care

• Bilingual skills
