Overview

Berkeys Plumbing, AC, and Electrical has an opportunity for a Dispatcher!  The Dispatching role is responsible for dispatching technicians; plumbing, HVAC, and electrical in a way that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction.  The role requires accuracy, energy, enthusiasm, integrity and the ability and commitment to be on time.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.

Compensation: $19/hour + OT

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Energy, enthusiasm, integrity, and interest in performing at a high-level day in and day out.
• Ability and commitment to be on time.
• When technician is ready, have him on the way quickly. Technician should not be on standby with no communication longer than 10 minutes.
• Attention to detail.
• Always provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Strong teamwork skills and high regard for teamwork with respect.
• Ability to work with other employees, management, and technicians to get the job done correctly and in the best interest or our clients, while abiding by company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility regarding work hours and days, with weekends and weekends 'on-call' capabilities.
• Ability to see the 'big picture' of work committed and plan to achieve the challenge.
• Experience working with call center phone systems.
• Customer Service support duties as assigned. Support system to call center.
• Assign calls into the future.
• Scrub calls for accuracy and to set technician up for success.
• Keeping up with chats, having them closed out and not sitting for longer than 10 minutes.
• Other duties as determined by management.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

• Minimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent.
• 5+ years in Customer Call Center preferred.
• 3+ years in a Dispatch Center preferred.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
