Learning Specialist

The Customer Training team prides itself on stellar customer service and exceptional training delivery. With the merging of the Axway and SBS customer training businesses under 74Software University, our team needs to grow in order to maintain and grow our reputation for the excellence that our customers have come to expect. This Learning Specialist role is the second of two individuals who are charged with handling the day-to-day enrollment and training fulfillment activities for Axway and SBS customers. This role will focus on the EMEA region but will support other regions as needs shift throughout the training year. This role is key to being able to scale our customer service model to support our worldwide Axway and SBS customer audience.

• Location: Bucharest, Romania
• Hybrid, office 2 days per week

Responsibilities

• Improve the University responsiveness to customer queries for university access and class enrollment;
• Reduce the customer wait time for course enrollment to meet our service level agreement with our stakeholders of 24 business hours;
• Publish and maintain the public training schedule Axway and SBS universities.

Qualifications

• Skilled at listening to customers and synthesizing their needs into actions that are aligned with the business goals of our company and specifically, the Customer Training team;
• As the team is geographically diverse, the ability to work effectively across time zones with remote colleagues is a key to success;
• Curiosity into how things work, why do we do what we do;
• A “better together" attitude;
• Highly fluent in both spoken and written English;
• Conversational French is a plus but not required;
• Literate in the land of all things Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.);
• Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) learner operations – particularly with Docebo, is a plus.
