What You Will Do

Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and servicesPresent solutions clearly, professionally, and confidentlyBuild trust with customers through strong communication and follow-upClose sales and consistently meet or exceed performance goalsManage leads and opportunities through the sales processWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceMaintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions 

(Products and services include drain-related solutions and home service offerings.)

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (inside or outside sales)Strong closing ability and relationship-building skillsComfortable working evenings and occasional weekends as part of a rotationSelf-motivated, coachable, and goal-orientedProfessional communication and presentation skillsExperience in home services is a plus, but not required 

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time (Weekends Included)Earning potential: $80,000 – $120,000+ per yearPerformance-based compensation structureHigh performers are rewarded accordingly
