What will you be doing?
In deze rol help jij overheidsorganisaties
Je:
- begeleidt transformatietrajecten van het creëren van een visie en business case m.b.t. digitalisatie & AI tot en met de implementatie.
- voert proces- en impactanalyses uit ter identificatie van digitalisatie- en optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
- vertaalt beleidsvisie en operationele noden naar concrete (digitale) businessoplossingen.
- ondersteunt klanten door hun governance en processen klaar te maken voor een verantwoord gebruik van AI.
- werkt samen met klanten aan dienstverleningsconcepten, maturiteitsscans en digitale roadmaps.
- neemt een actieve rol op in kennisopbouw binnen het public team (use cases, workshops, inzichten, opleidingen).
What do you bring to the table?
- Je hebt 2–5 jaar ervaring in consultancy, bij voorkeur binnen de publieke sector, met een link naar procesoptimalisatie, digitale transformatie en AI/data‑gedreven projecten
- Je bent vertrouwd met concepten op vlak van organisatieontwikkeling, digitalisatie, AI en data governance;
- Je vertaalt technische concepten naar begrijpbare, waardevolle inzichten voor klanten
- Je neemt initiatief, werkt gestructureerd en houdt van co‑creatie.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, met goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
