Position Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and making a difference in their community.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily store operations and team leadership
  • Coach, train, and develop team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Process cash and credit transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Help maintain store standards, safety, and cleanliness
  • Work a consistent, full-time schedule with flexibility to support business needs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One year of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
