BlueSprig is seeking a Regional Senior BCBA to provide hands-on clinical support across multiple centers (Keller, Flower Mound, Dallas, Arlington, and Ft. Worth). In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining excellence in ABA therapy while mentoring and collaborating with fellow clinicians. Compensation

• Senior Clinical Supervisor $93k-98k

Monthly Performance Bonus:

• Earn an extra $500 per month - just for providing your minimum monthly billable services! Monthly performance bonuses go up to $1300 per month, with a total yearly bonus potential of $18k.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $116,000 per year!
