Provides administrative support to all office management and sales staff. Organizes and manages processes and maintain documentation in support of the operation.
Responsibilities
- Review Home Depot contracts for completeness.
- Notify Comfort Advisors of incomplete or missing information and payment, and track collection of needed elements.
- Enter all Home Depot jobs in Home Depot Service Center, including document uploads.
- Enter all Lowe’s jobs in Lowe’s MIC, including document uploads.
- Register all equipment with manufacturer on behalf of the customer.
- Purchase extended labor warranties as needed.
- Enter equipment model/serial # in Connect, along with warranty for each piece of equipment installed
- Retain documents received from CAs for upcoming jobs.
- File permits for all jobs and request missing permits as necessary.
- Maintain organization of AOR folders for quick access.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience, specifically with Excel and formulas.
- Must have great organization and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be able to work with team members, including management.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment during the peak season, including working flexible hours as needed.
