About the Role

Neon is looking for a strategic, highly organized, and analytical Lead Product Marketing Manager to serve as the foundational pillar of our marketing team. Additionally, you will own our brand identity and content engine.

The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who can alternate between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. You are a master of cross-functional orchestration, able to align Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver a cohesive narrative to our customers.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Strategic GTM Leadership: Define and execute the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Neon’s suite of payment and gaming tools. Act as the primary marketing stakeholder in leadership discussions.

  • Product Messaging & Positioning: Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities and the competitive landscape + industry trends to create compelling narratives that resonate with game developers and publishers.

  • Sales Enablement & Tooling: Lead the creation of high-impact sales materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies) and training sessions to accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the "connective tissue" between Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Ensure all teams are armed with the right messaging, collateral, and market insights.

  • Analytical Rigor: Establish success metrics for marketing initiatives. Use data to track performance, identify market opportunities, and iterate on our growth strategy.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Product Marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or the Gaming industry. Experience in a "founding" or "lead" marketing role is a major plus.

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You don't just execute; you ask "why." You are comfortable using data to back up your decisions and can translate complex technical features into clear value propositions.

  • Exceptional Organization: You are a natural project manager. You can juggle multiple high-priority launches and workstreams without dropping the ball.

  • Strong XFN Influence: You have a demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Sales.

  • Storytelling Excellence: You are a gifted writer and communicator. You can craft a narrative that is both emotionally engaging and functionally precise.

  • Adaptability: You thrive in an environment where you may need to pivot from a deep-dive product launch to a brand-awareness social campaign in the same day.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building a marketing function from the ground up.
