Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist /Recruiter who’s passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers. Location

Buffalo, NY — primarily based in our Cheektowaga office, with occasional light travel to Rochester and Albany for hiring events.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies

• Source and screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from job postings to offer letters

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach

• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely, clear communication

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support smooth onboarding for new hires

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic team setting

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS is a plus)

• Ability to work full‑time on‑site

Compensation

• $80,000-$110,000 OTE (Salary + Bonus)
