Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Achieve sales goals and support community occupancy targets
- Respond to inquiries and conduct personalized community tours
- Guide prospects and families through the decision-making process
- Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up (calls, emails, events)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Sherpa, Yardi, etc.)
- Qualify prospects financially in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Represent and promote our full continuum of care
- Participate in marketing events and community outreach
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience and ongoing resident satisfaction

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Proven sales or leasing experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presence and excellent follow-through
- Experience with CRM systems and general computer proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- A compassionate, people-first approach
- Experience in Independent Living or Assisted Living sales
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- High emotional intelligence and ability to support families through transitions
