Recreation Supervisor

Overview

As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Manager. You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. With creativity and curiosity you will work with recreation leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous recreation experience.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hosptiality or resort enivornment preferred.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• The ability to work well in a team; adaptable and flexible.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
