We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Representative to develop and drive sales across the Swedish market. This role has a strong focus on outbound sales, with primary responsibility for identifying new customers, managing the existing customer portfolio, and driving direct machine sales.
The position requires a high level of activity in the field, close customer interaction, and the ability to build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales process - from initial contact to closing.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive proactive outbound sales activities across Sweden
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Sell machines directly to end customers
- Plan and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Represent the company professionally in the market

- Achievement of sales targets
- Number of new customers acquired
- Growth of the existing customer portfolio
- Level of market activity (customer meetings, leads, proposals)

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in outbound sales, preferably within B2B and industrial sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Technical background or experience in technical sales is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of the Swedish market is an advantage
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured manner
Formal Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in sales, marketing, or a technical field
