Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients experiencing a wide range of physical challenges—including orthopedic injury, surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions—restore their mobility and functional strength so they can regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Every day you will collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform the majority of treatments yourself, delivering direct, hands-on care tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey.
To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting, possess strong clinical adaptability across diverse patient backgrounds, and be eager to actively engage in peer-to-peer mentoring and teamwork.

- Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to indicate the level of progress
- Document all treatments and note any status changes
- Tailor treatments to individual patients as neededÂ

Job Requirements
Required
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programÂ
- Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical settingÂ
- Licensed by AZ State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical TherapistÂ
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate
Preferred

- Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area
- Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical careÂ
