Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Manager, Pharmacy Infusion Services, you will help two infusion pharmacy programs deliver advanced infusion therapies so they can ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of medication management services to a diverse patient population.

Every day you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership while overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations. You will be expected to optimize workflow, resource allocation, productivity, and budget performance; provide advanced clinical oversight for infusion therapies; actively partner with interdisciplinary teams; and collaborate with stakeholders to advance infusion services and drive strategic priorities.

To be successful in this role, you must serve as a dynamic leader who develops high performing teams, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and drives performance through effective utilization management, inventory optimization, and implementation of evidence-based, cost-effective therapeutic strategies.

Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Of Science Pharmacy and 4 years of experience in a clinical infusion pharmacy service or
- Doctor Of Pharmacy Pharmacy and 4 years of experience in a clinical infusion pharmacy service, hire
- Pharmacist: AZ

- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy
- Board Certified Ambulatory
- Board Certified Oncology
