Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs.Every day you will manage program risks, resources, and budgets, align with organizational goals, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business value.To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, crucial for successful program completion and objective realization.
- Facilitates neuro-oncology clinical trial development in partnership with SJHMC and BNI research administration, including coordination of grant submissions and contracting activities, FDA and IRB regulatory submissions, protocol designs, annual reports, informed consent forms, and study manuals. Time spent: 25%
- Serves as the primary liaison for internal and external project sponsors, routinely informing key stakeholders of project plans, milestones, status, and decisions through regular reporting and coordinated discussions. Time spent: 10%
- Manages program finances, including those in support of BBTRC laboratory, clinical, and administrative activities. Time spent: 10%
- Provides coordination and support for clinical study data management, biostatistics, regulatory, and clinical operations teams (internal and external). Time spent: 5%
- Assists with overall compliance with the principles of good clinical practices (GCP) for neuro-oncology clinical trials, including assistance with regulatory audits and resolution of any issues. Time spent: 5%
- Manages inter-institutional basic science and clinical program projects within approved budgets and timelines. Time spent: 10%
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Degree
- Three (3) years experience in inpatient or outpatient clinical operations
Preferred
- Masters Degree and Oncology experience
- Experience in basic science operations
- Experience with clinical trials
- Experience with contract research organizations(CRO's)
- Supervisory experience
