Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Dietitian atCHI Williston Health, you will help our patients, their families, and caregivers receive expert nutritional assessment and counseling so they can improve their health, well-being, and recovery outcomes.

Every day you will assess the nutritional status of a diverse patient population, from general care to complex cases, using recognized assessment tools and age/gender-appropriate standards. You will be expected to recommend and counsel on personalized nutrition plans, conduct screenings to identify patients at nutritional risk, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong assessment and intervention planning skills, a deep understanding of nutritional science, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a collaborative healthcare setting.
- Develop individualized intervention plans, including feeding routes and nutrition prescriptions, in accordance with physician's orders and patient needs.
- Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments and provide education for both inpatients and swing-bed patients.
- Monitor and evaluate patient response to nutritional interventions, updating care plans as necessary and following up as needed.
- Actively collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment to identify and facilitate care for patients at nutritional risk or requiring higher levels of care.
- Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance the overall patient experience.
We are offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college/university as well as one calendar year of internship or equivalent, Required.
- Dietitian: North Dakota (DIETITIAN:ND), Required Upon Hire.
- Registered Dietician (RD), Required Upon Hire.Â
