Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

 

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.   • Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs.
  • Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team.
  • Administers medication..
  • Ensures patient and staff safety.

Shift: 6:45am - 7:15pm

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Wed, Thu; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements

Required

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • 2400 hours within the last 24 months as an RN in ICU/PCU
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred

  • BSN
  • TNCC, PALS, and/or CCRN
