Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.   • Observes, collects and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability.
  • Analyzes assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
  • Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
  • Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
  • Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Tue, Wed; Week 2 Thu, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements

Required

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 90 days
  • PALS within 6 months
  • ENPC within 6 months
  • TNCC within 12 months
  • One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
