Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Echo Tech/Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.Every day you will operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images and data, ensuring patient comfort and performing a range of echocardiographic studies.To be successful, you will possess a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, proficient technical skills, and effective communication abilities to provide exceptional diagnostic services.

Job Requirements

Required Education

Graduate of a Radiologic Technology or Sonography program from an accredited institution 

 

Required Licensure/Certification

BLS certification (through an approved AHA program) 

Registered through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - RCS, RDCS, RDCSAE, RDCSFE, RDCSPE, RDMSFE, RDMS
