CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking to make a significant impact in patient care? We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our Gastro clinic team and contribute to a supportive and healing environment.
$20,000 sign on bonus eligible
At CHI St. Alexius you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, ensuring patients and families receive exceptional support and education to promote wellness.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans, ensuring adherence to established protocols and policies.
- Support Clinic Operations: Prepare patients for visits, document care accurately, and assist clinic staff as needed, including covering absences.
- Ensure Patient Safety: Uphold infection control, medication administration, and controlled substance regulations.
- Collaborate Effectively: Foster strong relationships within the healthcare team through clear communication and teamwork.
- Educate and Empower: Provide essential health education to patients and their families.
- Adhere to Standards: Practice nursing according to the North Dakota Nurse Practice Act and all regulatory standards.
- Continuous Growth: Maintain professional competency through ongoing training and cross-training in areas like patient registration, phlebotomy, and waived testing.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state Basic life support certified
