Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Electrophysiology Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our EP team to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and professional development to a team of EP Clinic Registered Nurses
• Oversee the daily operations of the EP Clinic, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards.
• Champion patient-centered care, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of services to individuals with complex heart rhythm conditions.
• Foster a cohesive and supportive team environment, promoting effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration with EP physicians, advanced practice providers, and other departments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
• Oversee and contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive patient education on various EP procedures and conditions.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in Electrophysiology preferred. 
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• In-depth knowledge of EP procedures, devices (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders), medications, and patient management protocols.
