Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Physical Therapist you will be dedicated to restoring function and empowering patients? Join our collaborative rehabilitation team!

Everyday you will plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and supervising support personnel for rapid patient recovery.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Evaluation & Assessment:Â Evaluate patient abilities and limitations.
- Treatment Planning:Â Establish treatment plans/goals with patient based on referral/evaluation of functional skills (joint mobility, gait, strength, etc.). Integrate discharge planning from initial evaluation.
- Therapy Implementation & Supervision:Â Implement therapy or supervise LPTA/PT Aide/student, utilizing appropriate procedures/equipment.
- Patient/Caregiver Education:Â Educate on program goals, methods, home exercises, and injury prevention.
- Documentation & Re-evaluation:Â Provide appropriate treatment documentation; re-evaluate patients, assess progress, and make discharge recommendations.
Job Requirements
Required
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school.
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Oregon.
- BLS within 30 days of hire
