We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time, Concierge to join The Vista, a brand new independent adult resort style living community.The Concierge will be responsible for answering incoming calls and referring them to the proper person and department. Performs miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.  Performs data entry duties on a regular basis.  Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.

Competencies:

• Gives directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, or sales representatives.
• Answers telephone, determines nature of call and direct callers to appropriate individual or department.
• Assists secretarial staff with typing, data entry, mailings, and other related duties, as requested.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Receives inquiries and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assures that work area is clean, well organized and office equipment is covered/secured at the end of the workday.
• Assures visitor sign-in.
• Ensures guests/visitors abide by facility rules and reports unresolved incidents to appropriate supervisor.
• Reports suspicious persons/information to appropriate department head/supervisor.

Schedule: 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.

Qualifications:

• Receptionist and word processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
