The company is currently seeking an Paint-Powderer in Boyne City, MI.
SALARY: Starting at $20.96/hr.

Responsibilities
- Performs visual inspection for foreign objects and oil both interior and exterior.
- Prepares paint/powder mixture
- Identify paint/powder materials.
- Paint parts move into oven. Set line speed and track controls.
- Prepare color, paint and clean equipment.
- Keep paint inventory.
- Assist in cleaning paint booth and wash lines as required.
- Assist in paint prep.
- Know processes and documentation required.
- Participation in the company quality and ISO processes.
- Operate specific equipment as indicated on the Boyne City Skills Matrix.
- Perform other work-related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Vocational, High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with powder coating preferred
- Experience with painting preferred
- Ability to interpret drawings and Bills of Material
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to read and write.
