Specific Responsibilities Would Include

• Input order information into system
• Verify order documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with internal departments and teams to ensure timely completion of orders
• Resolve issues or discrepancies related to orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                       

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and manipulation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details.
• Good verbal and written English communications skills.
