About the Role
Culmen International is seeking a Mission Integration Specialist/Joint Fires Targeting Specialist to support operations in Mexico City, Mexico. This role is responsible for coordinating joint targeting processes, supporting operational planning, and delivering high-quality targeting products in support of mission objectives.What You’ll Do in Your New Role
- Support the coordination and execution of the JIATF-CC targeting process to develop actionable targeting products
- Maintain, update, and disseminate joint target lists while ensuring operational deconfliction
- Provide subject matter expertise in joint targeting to support strategic and operational planning efforts
- Assist Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) in developing both lethal and non-lethal targeting options
- Prepare and present targeting-related Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) products and briefings
- Develop clear and concise documentation, including reports, position papers, and presentations
- Manage and utilize classified information and materials in accordance with applicable security protocols
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting targeting operations or closely related functional areas
- Demonstrated experience managing the full targeting cycle and joint fires planning to achieve both lethal and non-lethal effects
- Proven background in strategic and operational planning within a joint or Special Operations environment
- 5+ years of experience in Special Operations targeting
- Strong proficiency with intelligence systems and tools on JWICS to support target development
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night and weekend shifts as required
