What You'll Be Doing

Coordinates patient social service needs and works with assigned staff. Participates in hospital wide activities or projects. Disseminates information to appropriate committees and departments. Serves clinically and administratively as a resource in providing the highest quality of care, ensures continuity of care and assists in providing bereavement services. 

 

Working Conditions: Tasks involve occasional and/or unplanned exposure to blood, body fluids or tissue.

What We're Looking For

Education: BA degree in Social work or equivalent field

Experience: 2-4 years required, 5-8 years preferred

Licensure/Certifications: Certified Social Worker required
