Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities

The Designer will report to the Product Development & Merchandising Manager and will be responsible for supporting the creation of renderings and artwork modifications, documenting and distributing artwork, developing product die cut lines, creating item instructions, and reverse engineering products from Asia. This role also involves following up on samples and coordinating product photo shoots.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, particularly in cosmetics, personal care, bath products, and toys. Familiarity with the latest AI technologies and applications in item design are essential and experience in 3D drawing is preferred.

• Assist in the creation of 2D artwork renderings for bath and cosmetic products. • Ensure product artwork layouts adhere to the latest license style guide. • Document and distribute artwork effectively. • Facilitate amendments to artwork and confirm product content. • Provide development support for bath, bath toys, and cosmetic products • Follow up on samples with the licensing company. • Coordinate product photo shoots by arranging samples, overseeing edits for customer alignment and monitoring submission timelines to meet US sales deadlines, assist with product photography when necessary.

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, with a focus on cosmetic, personal care, bath, and toy items.• Familiarity with the latest AI technology and apps that can be applied to item design.• Background in licensing business is preferred.• Familiar with 3D drawing skills is a plus.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively.• Understanding of the US market trend and culture.
