Overview

Fulfillment Associate

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Integration Center, the Fulfillment Associate performs the duties required for all asset tagging, kitting, re-kitting and reduced packing projects. The Fulfillment Associate gathers data for projects and assists the Integration Center staff members on work projects. This is a first shift position.

Responsibilities

·         Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.

·         Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed

·         Assemble production kits by accurately reading and following detailed specifications and designs

·         Ensure precision and efficiency with 99% accuracy on average production outputs

·         Organize, stock, and maintain raw materials to support the flow of production

·         Work closely with production leadership to meet daily goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks

·         Step up with flexibility—tackling new tasks as assigned and collaborating across departments

·         Uphold our safety standards while bringing energy and pride to every shift

Qualifications

Degree requirements:  High School or equivalency

 

·         One or more years experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information

·         One or more years experience in material handling or equivalent experience.

·         Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and quality

·         Strong communication skills to clearly articulate needs, questions, and updates

·         Reliable time management and organizational abilities to keep production on track
