Short Description

  • Responsible for daily management of orders for all client support services to include the reconciliation of the daily client collection list.
  • Coordinates with phlebotomist proper and complete forms necessary for off-campus/client activities.
  • Communicates with and assists with all physician/ patient/client needs. 
  • Processes requisitions and scripts, order entry/specimen submission, courier services, technical inquires, and the dispatching of phlebotomists both on and off campus. 
  • General duties to include confidential patient information, report filing, logging, faxing, telephones and light typing. 

Experience Required

  • Previous computer experience preferred
  • Good communication and customer services skills. 
  • Experience with LOS client support services, Epic, Sunquest, LIS and COPIA System user activity. 
  • Pleasant and professional attitude, including well developed interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints.

  • High school graduate or GED.
