Short Description
The Clinical Laboratory Assistant works under the general supervision of the laboratory section manager in support of the Clinical Laboratory Scientists/Medical Technologists and Technicians. He/she performs duties in the technical areas of the laboratory including specimen handling, inventory, maintenance and others as assigned.
Experience Required
3-5 year Experience in Required, or prior experience as a laboratory assistant or equivalent preferred
Education Requirements
High School Diploma OR GEDAssociate's degree, Preferred Some college coursework in a science field is desirable
