Right now, we’re looking for a Middle/Senior PPC Manager who will grow and scale search networks within Duomo.

What you will be responsible for:

• Creating and executing the PPC strategy on Google at start and other networks as a next step

• Managing marketing campaigns to hit target financial KPIs, evaluating performance both on top-level metrics (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA) and deeper metrics (funnel conversion, LTV, ROI)

• Driving process automation strategy together with analytics and MarTech teams

• Closely collaborating with creative and growth product (PM) teams to drive growth of your stream
  

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving user acquisition on paid search (Google)

• Experience managing budgets of $300,000+ per month

• Hands-on experience with automating PPC processes

• Strong structure and organization: you love documenting and testing everything, validating every possible hypothesis, and won’t stop until you find the most effective solution

• Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions

• Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability

• English level: B2+
