What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

As the demand for nuclear energy and critical technologies surges, you will be the driving force behind our workforce expansion. You are not just filling positions; you are identifying the innovators and safety experts who will solve our planet's greatest challenges.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle hiring process—from the initial intake with hiring managers to the final offer.
• Pipeline Building: Proactively hunt, source, and engage passive talent for critical, hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Champion our company culture by delivering a world-class, professional candidate experience.
• Outreach & Impact: Ignite future talent pipelines by participating in university partnerships, industry events, and workforce development initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, combined with a minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Preferred background in technical/specialized recruitment or experience navigating the nuclear, energy, engineering, or industrial sectors.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $66,000 - $88,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
