We are seeking a proactive Manager, Site Infrastructure & Facilities, to lead, modernize, and maintain our critical facilities. What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

  • Strategic Visionary: Support the development of the long-term master plan for our facility footprint, aligning physical infrastructure with aggressive corporate growth goals.
  • Infrastructure Architect: Lead high-stakes capital projects, renovations, and new construction, managing budgeting and execution from facility design to completion.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead project teams, establishing governance and implementing Framatome standards to ensure team readiness and success.
  • Safety & Compliance Champion: Maintain adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards during facility project design and execution phases.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Manage landlord relationships, negotiate complex leases, and direct external contractors to high-performance outcomes in compliance with Framatome's standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 10+ years in facilities management, with a track record of handling complex, regulated infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects through a team of subordinates.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, lease administration, and budget optimization.
  • Expert knowledge of facility operations, preventative maintenance systems, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional collaborative skills to bridge gaps between technical staff, executive leadership, and vendors.
  • Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills. 

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
