What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop a Sales Team

  • Coach and mentor sales professionals during in‑home appointments and follow‑ups
  • Provide ongoing training and structured development to strengthen communication and consultative selling skills
  • Support your team in delivering clear, confident, and customer‑focused solutions

Drive Revenue and Sales Performance

  • Implement strategies to increase close rates, average project values, and overall sales growth
  • Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable coaching
  • Support a consistent, high‑quality sales process from lead assignment to project hand‑off

Ensure Operational Excellence

  • Oversee scheduling, lead distribution, and daily workflow coordination
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure your team represents the company with professionalism and integrity
