Marketing & Growth Specialist LATAM (SaaS, Greentech) (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 Portuguese proficiency is required. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in São Paulo.

What You’ll Do

• Write high-impact, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, landing pages, email, and social media across the full funnel (awareness → conversion → retention).

• Support performance marketing initiatives by helping build, launch, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across key channels.

• Conceptualize and iterate creative concepts in close collaboration with the design team for organic and paid formats.

• Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and recommend optimizations.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to develop growth initiatives and scale winning strategies based on data insights.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, proficiency is Spanish is a big plus.
