About this role

Buscamos un/a Marketing & Growth Specialist hands-on para liderar la ejecución diaria de

marketing en una empresa D2C con fuerte foco en ecommerce y en pleno crecimiento

La posición tiene foco en ejecución, optimización y coordinación, trabajando en conjunto con

el CMO y liderando al equipo operativo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar y optimizar el funnel de conversión completo.

  • Supervisar y optimizar campañas de paid media junto a agencia externa.

  • Coordinar equipos de contenido, retention, community e influencers.

  • Liderar iniciativas de CRO, testing y mejora continua.

  • Analizar métricas y tomar decisiones tácticas basadas en datos.

  • Coordinar sprints, prioridades y entregables.

  • Usar herramientas de IA para acelerar procesos y optimizar resultados.

Requisitos:

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en marketing digital / ecommerce (B2C).

  • Experiencia hands-on con Shopify/Tienda Nube.

  • Conocimiento práctico de Meta Ads, Google Ads y GA4.

  • Experiencia en CRO, funnels y lifecycle marketing.

  • Perfil ejecutor, autónomo y orientado a resultados.

  • Inglés: lectura fluida (excluyente).

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia en startups o entornos de recursos limitados.

  • Uso activo de herramientas de IA (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

  • Background en marcas D2C (health, beauty, food, wellness).

Acerca de la posición:

  • Horario laboral: Lunes a Viernes, de 9 a 17 h.

  • Modalidad: Híbrido (3 días oficina / 2 remoto)● Almuerzo incluido los días presenciales en oficina.
