About this role

En Rehire estamos buscando un/a Business Development Representative (BDR) para sumarse al equipo comercial y potenciar la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

La posición está pensada para un perfil comercial, proactivo y orientado a resultados, que disfrute del contacto con clientes, la prospección y la generación de pipeline en un entorno dinámico y de alto crecimiento.

Responsabilidades:

· Prospectar y generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales (outbound principalmente).

· Contactar leads a través de distintos canales (LinkedIn, email, calls).

· Calificar prospectos y agendar reuniones para el equipo comercial.

· Gestionar y mantener actualizado el CRM.

· Investigar mercado, empresas target y decisores clave.

· Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y marketing para mejorar la estrategia de adquisición.

· Cumplir objetivos de generación de reuniones y pipeline.

Requisitos:

· Experiencia previa en roles comerciales, ventas o generación de leads (BDR/SDR).

· Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.

· Perfil proactivo, dinámico y orientado a resultados.

· Experiencia utilizando herramientas como LinkedIn, CRM (HubSpot o similares).

· Capacidad para trabajar por objetivos y métricas.

· Se valora experiencia en recruiting, tecnología o servicios B2B.

Acerca de la posición:

· Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00. Con una hora de almuerzo

· Modalidad: 100% Remoto. Encuentros presenciales: 2 veces al mes (team meetups)

· Ubicación: Buenos Aires, Capital Federal.
