Team Overview

La función principal de un Farmer es desarrollar y mantener un portafolio de restaurantes para tener un desempeño destacado dentro de la plataforma de DiDi Food.

Un farmer debe buscar una colaboración ganar - ganar para todas las partes involucradas y así lograr un crecimiento rentable para DiDi y los restaurantes asociados.

El Farmer debe lograr un buen entendimiento del negocio, convirtiéndose en un asesor  de los restaurantes asociados, aportando con visión estratégica a la mejora de su desempeño y por medio de una excelente atención al cliente, lograr el mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales exitosas a largo plazo. 

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Ser el primer y principal punto de contacto con los restaurantes a su cargo, garantizando una cercana y constante comunicación, para aportar con una visión estratégica, responder sus preguntas y diseñar en conjunto sólidos planes de acción para el crecimiento de los restaurantes  y la mejor experiencia al usuario de la app.
  • Analizar la data y desarrollar una comprensión profunda de las dinámicas y comportamientos de los restaurantes aliados, para diseñar, planear y convencer de la implementación de estrategias comerciales, basadas en data, con foco en aumentar la participación de los restaurantes actuales y la fidelización de los mismos.
  • Construir y fomentar una relación a largo plazo, basada en la confianza, y con una mentalidad gana-gana.
  • 80% trabajo de campo

 

Role Qualifications

  • Grado Universitario en carreras administrativas, marketing, negocios internacionales o afines;
  • Contar con 2 o más años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas y venta consultiva;
  • Poseer la capacidad y flexibilidad para adaptarse y aprender, trabajando en un entorno de inicio acelerado, en constante cambio y con metas retadoras;
  • Habilidades interpersonales: Habilidades comprobadas de comunicación oral y escrita, con capacidad de persuadir y mantener relaciones de trabajo constructivas, asertivas, colaborativas y cooperativas con clientes internos y externos, en organizaciones multifuncionales;
  • Habilidades analíticas: ser capaz de diagnosticar, entender las tendencias del mercado y llevar a cabo un plan de acción;
  • Sentido de urgencia y motivación para alcanzar objetivos analizando los posibles escenarios;
  • Experiencia en alcanzar y sobrepasar nuevas cuotas de venta;
  • Excel Intermedio.
