Team Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Food business department head based in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both  Spanish and Chinese​ (Mandarin), with exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, cross-cultural business environment. This role is critical in ensuring efficient coordination across teams, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the success of our expanding operations in Latin America.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the  Department Head, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Mexico City office and headquarters/regional teams, facilitating clear and timely communication in both Spanish and Chinese.
  • Prepare, translate, and edit business documents, presentations, and reports in Spanish and Chinese as needed.
  • Organize and participate in key meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items and deadlines.
  • Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the planning and execution of team events, visits, and cross-functional initiatives.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced tech/O2O environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin)​ is mandatory; English proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a business or operational function is highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid or flexible work setting.
