Estamos em busca de um analista de operações com foco no cliente para se juntar à nossa equipe da 99Food Delivery. Nossa missão é construir a melhor experiência para os nossos entregadores e impulsionar um crescimento estratégico e sustentável.

Neste cargo, você trabalhará em projetos estratégicos interfuncionais e será responsável por apoiar análises de dados que ajudarão a moldar nossa estratégia de negócio. Isso inclui a criação de hipóteses de negócio, testá-las e desenvolver soluções para alavancar nosso crescimento. Consequentemente, você poderá aprimorar suas habilidades técnicas e de negócios por meio de uma experiência no setor que contribuirá para o seu desenvolvimento profissional.

Role Responsibilities

Atribuições e responsabilidades:

• Criação de queries com SQL para auxiliar na análise de métricas de negócio;

• Realização de testes A/B referentes a métricas de Marketplace e auxílio às equipes na tomada de decisão;

• Atuação como ponto focal em projetos voltados à melhoria das nossas soluções de Produto;

• Alinhamento de todos os pontos relacionados a esses projetos com outras áreas (Marketing, Jurídico, Operações, Produto, Pesquisa, Segurança, entre outras);

• Organização de todas as informações dos projetos e comunicação transparente dos desdobramentos e resultados para as demais equipes da empresa.

Role Qualifications

Requisitos:

• SQL avançado; 
• Analytical skills;
• Formação acadêmica em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas (prefencialmente;
• Inglês avançado
