Team Overview

We are looking for a regional operations coordinator to join us on the Delivery/Food team in the core of our operations. Our mission is to build the best experience for our users and to drive strategic and fast growth. In this role, you will lead couriers offline acquisition and engagement efforts. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth.

Hence, you will be able to improve you leadership skills by managing a team of field leaders and promoter, that will contribute to your professional development.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and Manage Promoters and Leaders:
  • Identifying experienced promoters/leaders capable of effectively acquirint and onboarding new drivers to the platform.
  • Providing feedback to the S&P team regarding the feasibility and achievability of set goals.
  • Managing and overseeing promoters's day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance and alignment with city-level targets.
  • Develop Performance Metrics and Budgeting:
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including Leads, Regulars, Retention, and Conversion.
  • Defining the strategic goals and performance requirements for each city and cluster, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Drive Insights and Performance Optimization:
  • Continuously tracking and analyzing operational metrics to gain insights and drive better outcomes.
  • Providing actionable recommendations and insights to improve the performance and efficiency of promoters.
  • Ensuring that the team and promoters receive the necessary support and resources to reach established performance goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establishing regular communication with the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new promoters.
  • Operational Excellence and Strategic Planning:
  • Developing city-specific operational strategies and guidelines, adapting them based on local dynamics and performance.
  • Taking ownership of ensuring that the city-level acquisition targets are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Reviewing and adjusting strategies as needed based on market feedback and performance metrics.

 

Role Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales, or customer acquisition roles, with at least 1 years in a managerial position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, customer acquisition, offline acquisition, or similar roles, preferably in the sales, transportation, logistics, or tech industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience with budget management and strategic planning.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in English is desirable (both written and spoken).
